Use of Third-Party Services and Data Protection
We utilize third-party services such as Google Workspace to enhance our business operations, communication, and collaboration. We take the privacy of your data seriously and ensure compliance with all applicable data protection regulations.
We explicitly affirm that Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or machine learning (ML) models. Your data is handled securely and only for the intended purpose of providing our services.
Google API Data Access and Privacy Policy
This section outlines the specific Google user data accessed by Axioma AI when integrating with the Google Drive API, Google Picker API, and Gmail API. In compliance with Google's API access requirements, we are transparent about the types of data we access, how we use and protect it, and the measures in place to ensure user privacy. This transparency helps ensure that users understand how their data is handled and builds trust in our application's usage of Google services.
Google Drive API:
- Data Accessed: Files and folders stored in Google Drive, including metadata such as file names, types, and modification dates.
- Purpose: Accessing this data is essential for allowing users to respond to inquiries based on the information stored in their Google Drive files, directly through our platform.
Google Picker API:
- Data Accessed: Files and folders in Google Drive selected through the Google Picker interface, including metadata such as file names and types.
- Purpose: The Picker API allows users to browse and select files from their Google Drive. Our system only uses the selected details temporarily for the current session and does not store or retain any file folders details afterward.
Gmail API:
- Data Accessed: Our application accesses Gmail messages, including metadata such as subject, sender, recipient, and timestamps, as well as the email body content
- Purpose: Our application solely reads users’ emails to extract relevant information. It does not send or delete any messages. Additionally, the API is not used for managing contacts or attachments, ensuring that user email data is accessed only for the purpose of providing timely and accurate responses.
Data Protection Disclosures:
We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of users' data accessed through Google APIs. Our application employs industry-standard security measures, including encryption protocols and secure access controls, to safeguard user information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. We conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure that our data handling practices comply with applicable regulations and best practices. Additionally, users have the right to request access to their data, as well as to request deletion of any data associated with their account, ensuring they maintain control over their information.
